Accessibility statement

What we have built toward, how it was checked, and what we have not claimed.

What we aim for

This site is built targeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That target shaped how it was constructed rather than being checked afterwards.

What that meant in practice

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, so assistive technology can navigate structurally
  • A skip link, and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
  • Full keyboard operation, including the navigation, slider and diagram
  • Touch targets of at least 44 pixels
  • Text contrast checked against AA thresholds on both dark and light sections
  • Interactive content also written out as text, so nothing is trapped in a graphic
  • prefers-reduced-motion honored — animation is removed, not merely shortened
  • The site remains navigable and readable with JavaScript disabled

What we have not claimed

We have not undergone a third-party accessibility audit, and this statement is not a certification, a VPAT, or a legal conformance claim. It is a description of the engineering standard we built to. Automated checks and manual keyboard testing were performed by us.

Known limitations

Testing has been performed with automated tooling and manual keyboard navigation. It has not been tested with every combination of screen reader and browser. If you encounter a barrier, we would genuinely like to know.
