The contact form does not transmit anything

The inquiry form has no server behind it. Submitting it opens your own email client with the message composed. Nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself, and nothing is stored on this website.

Analytics, only with consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. No analytics script is loaded until you accept via the consent banner. If you decline, or ignore it, nothing is requested and no analytics cookies are set. Declining costs you no functionality.

Where analytics is enabled, IP anonymization is on. You can change your mind by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which will make the consent choice appear again.

Business visitor identification

We use Happierleads, a business visitor-identification service. It matches the IP address a visit comes from against commercial business databases in order to identify the organization browsing — for example, that someone at a particular company looked at a service page. It is aimed at identifying companies, not at naming you personally, and it does not follow you to other websites.

Unlike analytics, this one runs by default. We are direct about that rather than burying it: it loads when the page loads, before you have answered the banner. The data it processes is the IP address of your connection and the pages viewed, and that processing happens on Happierleads' systems under their own privacy terms.

Choosing “Decline” switches it off. It will not load on any page you visit after that. It cannot be un-run for the page you were already on — no honest banner can promise that — but from that point on it stops. You can also email us and we will exclude your organization entirely.

What we store in your browser

• adglow-consent — your accept or decline choice, kept in local storage so we do not ask repeatedly. It contains no identifier.

Third-party services, and exactly when each one loads

• Google Analytics 4 (googletagmanager.com) — aggregate usage measurement with IP anonymization. Loads only after you accept. Decline or ignore the banner and it is never requested.
• Kissmetrics (kissmetrics.io) — behavioral analytics: which pages were viewed, which buttons and links were clicked, and which fields were filled in when a form is submitted. Loads only after you accept, on the same choice as Google Analytics.
• Happierleads (rest.happierleads.com) — organization-level visitor identification. Loads by default, and stops loading once you decline.

Those are the only three third parties this site contacts. There are no fonts, embeds, maps, videos or social widgets loaded from anyone else.

What the contact form sends to analytics

If you accepted analytics and then submit the inquiry form, Kissmetrics records that a submission happened and some of what was in it. Being specific, because vagueness here is worthless:

• Never sent: your name, email address, phone number, and the free-text message. These are masked before anything leaves your browser.
• Sent: company, website, industry, which services you ticked, your stated stage and timing. These are business qualifiers rather than personal details, and they are what tell us which services people actually want.

The full inquiry — including your name, email and message — goes only to us, by email, when you send it from your own mail client. It is never transmitted by this website.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share personal information
• We do not run advertising or social retargeting pixels on this site
• We do not try to identify you personally by name — the visitor identification above works at the level of the organization, not the person
• We do not track you across other websites, and we set no cross-site advertising cookies
• We load no third-party embeds, fonts, or scripts other than the two named above, and neither of those runs without your consent

Email you send us

If you email us, we keep that correspondence in order to reply and to maintain a record of the inquiry. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold. Email admin@adglow.org and we will act on it.
